I haven't received my tickets?

If you have not received your ticket In your member account after making your payment, please write us an email at the following address: support@happy-client.fr with the access identifiers to your member account (your address email and your password) as well as your purchase invoice. This was sent to you by email when you paid for your tickets.

How are the draws for our Happy Client contests carried out?

The winners of our Happy Client contests are drawn at random using software developed for this purpose and under the control of a bailiff. All our draws take place in the presence of a bailiff and his retransmission on our website www.happy-client.fr. Once the draw is over, our team will contact the winner to organize the stay of the winner who has been drawn by lot by the bailiff.

How do I participate in a Happy Client contest?
